School Breakfast and Lunch

School Breakfast and Lunch is a federally assisted meal program operating in public and nonprofit private schools and residential child care institutions. Its goal is to provide a nutritious, well-balanced breakfast and lunch for children in order to promote sound eating habits, to foster good health and academic achievement and to reinforce the nutrition education taught in the classroom.
